Edmonton Business Unit Manager
We are now accepting applications for the role of Edmonton manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of the daily life of a large and successful Green Drop branch.
Some things you will do as Edmonton manager:
- Build a high performance team of excellent Service managers and service technicians
- Embrace and build on our S.E.C.R.E.T: Satisfy Every Customer Respectfully Every Time
- Direct your branch to achieve annual sales, expense and profitability goals
- Actively route and organize the daily production for maximum efficiency
- Organizing the care and feeding of a large fleet of light duty service trucks
- Achieving safety, environmental, and operations benchmarks
- Work alongside senior management to map out short and long term strategy for the Edmonton and northern Alberta region
Some things you should have:
- Unwavering commitment to honesty and integrity
- Ambitious, forward-thinking, entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience leading a team in a work or production environment
- Basic understanding of the lawn and tree care industry
- Basic financial and general business skills
